The Estonian National Male Choir stands out as one of the most prolific groups for commissioning new music. Every season, they put together a fresh programme spotlighting on composers of today. In partnership with Taavi Kerikmäe and the EMA ensemble, this programme takes its cue from the festival’s theme, “Stories.”

Founded in 2017, the Ensemble of the Estonian Electronic Music Society (EMA) is dedicated to the world of electronic chamber music. Their goal is to look past the technical side of the gear and focus on sensitive, reactive music-making. By emphasizing sharp listening and interaction, the ensemble explores the vast range of sounds that electronic instruments can offer.
