Ticket sales in ticket booths

From the ticket booths of Eesti Kontsert, you can purchase tickets for all events sold on the sales network of Piletilevi
One hour before a concert, only tickets to the upcoming concert are sold in the ticket booths of the concert hall
You can pay for your tickets in cash or by card
Ukrainian war refugees can attend the concerts in Estonia Concert Hall for 10 €. Tickets are available when providing/showing your ID or temporary residence permit only at the box offices of Eesti Kontsert.
Tickets will not be bought back or exchanged (except for when the concert is cancelled or the performer changes)
Ticket booths do not book tickets
PDF tickets bought online cannot be exchanged for paper tickets
Please check your tickets and money before leaving the booth. Subsequent complaints will not be resolved

The following discounts apply to concerts organised by Eesti Kontsert in the Estonia Concert Hall or elsewhere in Tallinn
– free admission for children under 3 years of age, provided that the child is seated in an adult’s lap.
– Pre-school children, pupils, students, pensioners, persons with special needs and their accompanying persons and members of the Interpreter’s Union up to -30% of the regular price.
– group bookings (from 10 persons) -10% of the normal price.

For music students and teachers, tickets are 10 € in the Estonia Concert Hall one hour before the concert, subject to availability. The discount does not apply to the season’s main concerts and special projects (more information at the box office). Discount tickets can be purchased at the concert hall ticket offices on presentation of an identity document (student card, employment certificate).

Please present proof of entitlement to the benefit when you arrive at the concert. In the absence of a document proving entitlement to the discount, an additional ticket must be purchased at the box office.

Gift voucher can be purchased from the Eesti Kontsert website, Piletilevi online shop, the box office of the Estonia Concert Hall, the box offices of the Vanemuine, Pärnu and Jõhvi concert halls and Piletilevi outlets across Estonia.
Gift vouchers are available as 10-, 20- and 30-euro purchases.
Gift voucher cannot be exchanged back as cash.
If the price of the selected tickets exceed the price of the gift voucher, you can pay the missing amount.
If the price of the selected tickets is lower than the price of your gift voucher, the difference will not be refunded.
Gift voucher must be used in one shopping session.
Gift voucher is valid for 12 months starting from the date of purchase.
Only concerts organised by Eesti Kontsert can be purchased with the gift voucher.
Gift voucher can be exchanged for concert tickets in Piletilevi online shop using the code on the git voucher, at the box offices of the Estonia Concert Hall, Vanemuine, Pärnu and Jõhvi concert halls, and at Piletilevi outlets across Estonia.
