Violin and piano music by Heino Eller

Violinist Andres Kaljuste and pianist Sophia Rahman present the crisp, yet extraordinarily emotionally deep violin and piano music by the teacher of Arvo Pärt- Heino Eller. The recording of the programme will be released in May 2024. The album was recorded at Laulasmaa Arvo Pärt Centre.

Heino Eller spent his summer holidays at the nearby Heliküla, and over the years huge amount of Estonian classical compositions have been composed there. The concert is also the duo’s CD presentation concert in Haapsalu.
